Yes! We offer Cash on Delivery for all orders across the UAE. You can pay when your order arrives at your doorstep.
Orders are usually delivered within 2 to 4 business days anywhere in the UAE. During busy seasons or public holidays, delivery may take a little longer.
Yes — shipping is completely free on all orders within the UAE. There are no hidden fees.
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number or update via email or SMS so you can follow your delivery.
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused and unopened items in their original packaging. If you receive a wrong or damaged item, we’ll cover the return shipping cost.

For COD orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or store credit once the returned item is received and inspected. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
